If you have a ceiling speaker, please check the following items:

audio setting is within the 50-75% range.
- With the remote control, check the projector volume setting.
- Audio plug should be in the same projector input as VGA
cable.
- Teacher computer properly connected to wallplate with
all patch cables.
If you have wall speakers with an amplifier, please check
the following items:
- Check that amplifier power “on” button
is on.
- Check that the teacher computer audio setting is within

- Check that 3.5 mini stereo audio
cable coming out of the headphone/speaker jack on computer
tower is plugged into back of amplifier; then check that
the ¼” phono
jack (large speaker jack) coming out of the amplifier is
connected to the wallplate.

The projected image has inverted colors.
- When the cable was manufactured, the Red, Green, and
Blue pins were switched causing colors to cross over.
- A new VGA cable should correct the distorted colors.
The projected image has a blue, pink or green tint.
- The projector lamp needs to be replaced.
- If a new lamp does not correct
the color issue, the projector is in need of manufacturer
repair. Most projectors
have a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
